British Directors: Hakeem Balogun- In 5 Years We'll All Be Dead

We bumped into each other a few London Fashion Weeks ago, Mr Balogun and I. He is an unassuming power house, a gentleman destined for great things and this, his debut as a director, carves into your imagination a distinct idea as to where he's headed; greatness.

The dark visuals with menacing pops of haunting colour (the Haribo rings especially) further juxtaposed by Tupac's resounding speech challenging ideas of established ways of being God-like, from an interview with Vibe Magazine, pull you in slowly before you reach the crescendo of kaleidoscopic imagery.
